Session type Talk (45 minutes)
Long Abstract During the last year, we have been working very hard on realizing TYPO3 Phoenix. This talk starts with the big picture, explaining some core concepts and principles we discovered in the last year. We will show our expanded technology stack, especially focussing on how the new techniques make us more productive.

After the high-level view, we will dive down into the implementation, covering the following topics:
* The Content Model of TYPO3 Phoenix
* Creating TYPO3 Phoenix Plugins
* The implementation of the TYPO3 Phoenix User Interface

As a wrap-up, we will give you a behind-the-scenes walkthrough of the T3CON11 Website, which is the first production website built with TYPO3 Phoenix.
