| Long Abstract | Now a days Agile (Scrum, Kanban) becomes more and more popular. Now a days Scrum drives development of TYPO3 v5. My presentation is going to describe how Agile can be adapted to development in geographically distributed teams, which is true for TYPO3 project development! In recent years Scrum showed well-proven speed, quality, flexibility, reliability. A lot of literature can be found about Agile and especially Scrum. But at the same time there are extremely few sources where you can read about Scrum for geographically distributed teams. I have real experiens on adaptation of Scrum in big geographically distributed team in the huge project and I want to share it! |
